Ceramic Scissors

This is a vintage scissors I found at a flea market. I make plaster molds of my objects and slip cast using low fire slip. This is an everyday object reimagined into a new beauitful decorative object. This scissors that can be hung on a wall, placed on a coffee table on top of books. I try to make art that's both elegant and whimsical. 

The scissors are made to order. Please allow three weeks turn around time.
